Agentic AI Developer
Contract: Initial 3 Months Rate: c£500/day (Inside IR35) Location: North West England (1 day per week onsite, ideally Thursdays)
About the Role
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Agentic AI Developer to join a growing Digital Workplace team, delivering innovative AI solutions across a large enterprise environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with modern AI technologies, supporting an established Agentic AI platform while developing new AI-powered solutions used throughout the organisation.
The Role
You'll collaborate with an existing Agentic AI Engineer to:
- Support, enhance, and develop AI agents
- Implement and maintain intelligent automation solutions
- Drive enterprise AI adoption through innovation

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance Agentic AI solutions
- Develop and support AI agents within an enterprise environment
- Adminster and continuously develop an enterprise AI platform
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to identify new AI opportunities
- Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities
- Produce documentation and share best practices
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with expertise in the following areas:
- Developing Agentic AI or AI-powered applications
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Azure OpenAI or Google Gemini
- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI agent development and prompt engineering
- AI governance and responsible AI principles
- Enterprise AI platform support or administration

Offer
- 3-month contract
- Day rate of c£500/day (Inside IR35)
