Agent's Assistant - Actors Department
We currently have two opportunities available for an Agent’s Assistant within our Actors department. These are for two separate offices. Please read each advert carefully before applying.
We have an opportunity for an experienced and highly capable Assistant within the Actors department.
This is a pivotal role requiring someone who can operate with confidence, discretion and initiative, acting as a key liaison between clients and leading industry professionals. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of the agent’s office while managing competing priorities in a demanding environment.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with proven experience in a similar role who is looking to take the next step within a leading agency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of incoming calls and correspondence from clients, casting directors, producers, and industry professionals Coordinate complex schedules, including auditions, meetings, and self-tapes Submit clients for roles via Spotlight and targeted submissions, engaging in pushes where appropriate. Oversee and maintain up to date client materials, including CVs and showreels Track opportunities and proactively support client development Script reading and creative analysis Attend performances, screenings, and industry events as required, hosting Casting Directors and Producers and making formal introductions with clients where appropriate. Negotiate contracts, process administrative details where appropriate, and raise invoices accurately Maintain meticulous financial records in line with agency processes Provide comprehensive, proactive support to the Agent including; diary management, anticipating needs and managing workflows Manage and process a consistent flow of client self-tapes in a timely and efficient manner. Act as a professional and confident point of contact for clients and industry professionals

About You:
Proven experience as an Assistant within a talent agency, casting office, production company, or similar fast-paced environment Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence and composure A clear, articulate and professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of the industry landscape Discreet, trustworthy, and experienced in handling confidential information A collaborative team player with a positive, dynamic attitude Calm and resilient under pressure
Requirements:
Demonstrable relevant experience in a comparable role is essential Strong administrative and organisational background Tech-savvy and knowledge of platforms such as Vimeo and WeTransfer Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Tagmin. A genuine and informed passion for film, television, and theatre A conscientious attitude to time keeping and punctuality A degree in an Arts or Media-related subject is advantageous but not essential
