The job:
Procentia is undergoing a transformation of its operating model and delivery approach. The Agile Coach will play a hands-on role in raising the maturity of project delivery, embedding Azure DevOps as the standard delivery and reporting tool across projects.
Here's what you'll be doing:

Embedding ADO standards You’ll help align active projects to Procentia’s ADO standards, including board setup, work item hierarchy, sprint management, status hygiene, estimates, dates, dashboards and reporting.

Coaching agile ways of working You’ll coach delivery teams, Project Managers and Technical Leads in practical agile principles and ceremonies, ensuring sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement and show-and-tell sessions are purposeful and effective.

Building measurable improvement You’ll define and track measures for agile maturity, throughput, sprint velocity, ADO hygiene and ceremony effectiveness, establishing a baseline and evidencing progress over the engagement.

Supporting adoption and capability development You’ll create the conditions for sustainable change by engaging stakeholders, building capability, managing resistance constructively.
Key skills and experience:
- Experience coaching multiple delivery teams and supporting improvements in agile delivery practices.
- Experience integrating agile practices with hybrid or waterfall PMO governance frameworks
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and translating delivery data into clear business insight
- Experience embedding new ways of working in organisations with mixed readiness and capability
