We're working with an innovative software organisation that is investing heavily in its transformation journey and is looking for an Agile Coach to play a key role in shaping the future of project delivery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to influence how agile is adopted across the business, helping teams become more collaborative, data-driven and effective while championing Azure DevOps as the core delivery platform.

What You'll Be Doing

As Agile Coach, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Technical Leads, Delivery Teams and senior stakeholders to improve delivery capability across the organisation.

  • βœ… Embedding Azure DevOps standards across active projects, ensuring consistency in boards, work item hierarchy, sprint management, reporting and dashboards.
  • βœ… Coaching teams on Agile best practice, facilitating effective sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement and showcase sessions.
  • βœ… Measuring agile maturity by tracking sprint velocity, throughput, delivery metrics and Azure DevOps adoption, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • βœ… Supporting organisational change through coaching, mentoring and stakeholder engagement to embed sustainable agile ways of working.

About You

You'll be an experienced Agile Coach with a practical, hands-on approach who enjoys working with people just as much as improving processes.

  • Coaching multiple Agile delivery teams
  • Azure DevOps (Boards, Dashboards, Work Items, Sprint Management & Reporting)
  • Scrum ceremonies and Agile frameworks
  • Agile metrics and delivery reporting
  • Working within hybrid Agile / Waterfall environments
  • Driving organisational change and adoption
  • Building strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Using delivery data to influence decision making

You'll be someone who can challenge constructively, coach confidently and help teams improve without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
