About the Role
At TGW, we are looking for an experienced Agile Coach to help drive Agile excellence across our Software Development function. This role will play a key part in coaching, mentoring and supporting our development teams, helping them to continuously improve their Agile ways of working, increase delivery performance and maximise customer value.
Working closely with Development Managers, Product Owners, Architects and technical teams, you will be responsible for embedding Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum processes, removing obstacles and creating an environment where teams can thrive.
What you'll be handling:
- Coaching and mentoring software development teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban and Lean.
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring Agile principles are applied consistently.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and helping teams implement positive change.
- Tracking Agile maturity, measuring adoption and creating roadmaps for continuous improvement.
- Supporting the Development Manager with Agile metrics, reporting and performance insights.
- Removing impediments and helping teams navigate challenges effectively.
- Working collaboratively with Product Owners, Architects and Managers to align delivery objectives across the department.
- Creating a positive and productive environment where team members feel empowered to contribute ideas and feedback.

What you'll need:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach working with technical software development teams
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban and Lean.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven ability to influence teams and drive cultural change.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, CSP or Certified Agile Coach.
- Logistics industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
