£45,000 - £64,000 + Bonus
Hybrid | 3-4 days on-site
Anson McCade are supporting one of the UK's leading defence organisations as they continue to grow their Agile capability across a number of complex, large-scale engineering programmes.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner to join a highly collaborative environment where you'll play a key role in helping multidisciplinary teams deliver critical technology that supports UK defence and national security.
What you'll be doing
- Coaching multidisciplinary engineering teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practice
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, planning sessions and Agile workshops
- Removing delivery blockers and enabling teams to deliver effectively
- Supporting teams in improving collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement
- Working with stakeholders to increase Agile maturity across programmes
- Mentoring individuals and teams while championing self-organisation and high-performing delivery

What they're looking for
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner or Agile Coach
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies with the ability to coach and influence teams
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies within delivery teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience within engineering, software, embedded systems, manufacturing or another complex technical environment would be advantageous
