Join the RAC as an Agile Delivery Lead

Join the RAC as an Agile Delivery Lead and lead delivery across our web and mobile app teams, helping engineers and product teams move faster, smarter and with the support of AI-assisted and agentic AI coding.

You’ll play a key role in how we build and release our web and mobile products. Working closely with engineers, product and design, you’ll keep delivery focused, remove blockers and help teams make the most of modern tools and ways of working, including AI-supported and Agentic AI development.

What you’ll do

  • Lead agile delivery across multiple teams focused on mobile application development
  • Run events including sprint planning, stand-ups, retros and refinement sessions
  • Align priorities, people and delivery plans across teams
  • Coordinate releases to ensure smooth, high-quality deployments
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and Testers
  • Support backlog prioritisation, dependencies and clear communication
  • Coach teams to become more self-sufficient and outcome-focused
  • Help teams adopt and evolve ways of working, including AI-assisted coding practices
  • Balance feature delivery with ongoing technical improvement
  • Remove blockers and keep teams moving forward

What you’ll need

  • Experience working in an agile delivery role (Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or similar)
  • Strong understanding of Scrum or Kanban and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Experience delivering mobile applications or working in app-focused teams
  • Confidence working with technical teams and understanding modern development practices
  • Interest in, or experience of, AI-assisted and agentic AI coding environments and a willingness to learn and develop in this space

Location & Salary

  • Location: Bradley Stoke (hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 from home)
  • Salary: Up to 53k depending on experience +10% annual bonus
