About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager / Delivery Lead to join a high-performing digital delivery team. You will lead multidisciplinary Agile teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex digital solutions while fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and a user-centric approach.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions, remove delivery impediments, and drive Agile best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile delivery teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  • Break down complex initiatives into manageable deliverables and actionable work items.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Identify, manage, and remove blockers impacting delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities, scope, and timelines.
  • Track delivery health using KPIs, velocity metrics, burn-down charts, and trend analysis.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.
  • Drive continuous improvement by using delivery metrics and team feedback.
  • Effectively communicate delivery progress and technical value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support backlog prioritization to maximize business and user value.

Required Skills

  • 10–15+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Project Management, or Application Delivery.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong risk management and dependency tracking experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and maintain delivery focus.
  • Experience tracking delivery metrics, KPIs, and team velocity.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams.
