About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of two high-profile, department-wide digital transformation programs.

The successful candidate will manage projects from Discovery through to Live, ensuring successful delivery across quality, time and budget while working with a wide range of internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering complex digital programs within an Agile environment and has experience managing large-scale organizational change.

Projects

Future of Communications (FOC)

The Future of Communications program is transforming how communication and engagement tools are used across the organization. Following extensive user research, the program is entering an exciting pilot phase, with multiple pilots running throughout 2026 to improve how colleagues receive and engage with key communications.

New Intranet

Alongside FOC, you'll help deliver a major program to design and implement a new enterprise intranet, replacing the existing third-party platform. Both programs are closely aligned and play a critical role in modernising digital communications across the organization.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
