Are you passionate about developing a career in technology? Does the idea of working for different clients on complex business-critical IT projects excite you? If yes, then read on!
Our clients are some of the biggest names in industry and our engagements are every bit as challenging as you’d find in large consulting firms. We believe we offer a significantly better work-life balance than in other IT consultancies because you are involved every step of the way, making career decisions together. We are committed to your personal development and promote continuous growth of skills through a variety of training courses (of your choice).
Our experienced management consultants can ally technical competence with a pragmatic approach to delivering complex IT solutions leveraging agile ways of working. Our Agile Lead roles have highly tuned, multi-year, hands-on agile programme delivery experience combined with proven competency in integrating modern approaches into more heritage or waterfall project governance structures and organisations.
Your agile experience, coupled with consulting skills including client management, business development and hands-on technical / tooling skills, are key to enabling our clients to embed industry-leading agile practices across products, projects, and programmes.
This is a permanent position within our Management Consulting function. At Credera, we operate a flexible hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week onsite - either at client sites or your local Credera office (London, Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle). We value collaboration and client impact, balancing flexibility with in-person connection to deliver exceptional results.

- Establish and maintain programme-level agile artefacts to support visibility and control.
- Act as a trusted advisor to delivery teams and client stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and manage cross-team risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution and continuous flow of value.
- Drive continuous improvement across teams by identifying opportunities to enhance ways of working, team maturity, and delivery performance.
- Support coaching and mentoring of Scrum Masters, team leads, and wider teams to build consistency and agile capability throughout the programme.
- Working closely with technology delivery teams (e.g. cloud, data, digital platforms) to inform the overall delivery plan and roadmap.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and agile or programme leadership methodology development.
- You will be required to pass BPSS screening for this role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
