Role: Release Train Engineer (ART)

Location: London / Bournemouth
Start: ASAP
Salary: £60-70k + benefits

Our market leading Financial Services client are looking to build depth and credibility to their Agile Transformation and hire a Release Train Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate PI Planning
  • Support PI Execution
  • Support Lean Agile Centre of Excellence

Key Skills

  • Strong Hands-on Release Train Engineer (ART) experience
  • Support and mentorship, people management skills and coaching others
  • Previously worked in complex scaled Agile environments and ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams
  • Financial Services experience is preferred but not essential
  • Highly credible with Senior stakeholders
  • Practical Agile knowledge not just theory based
  • SAFe RTE qualification (essential)
  • Experience of Scaled Agile tooling such as: Jira Online, ServiceNow
