Role: Release Train Engineer (ART)
Location: London / Bournemouth

Salary: £60-70k + benefits
Our market leading Financial Services client are looking to build depth and credibility to their Agile Transformation and hire a Release Train Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate PI Planning
- Support PI Execution
- Support Lean Agile Centre of Excellence

Key Skills
- Strong Hands-on Release Train Engineer (ART) experience
- Support and mentorship, people management skills and coaching others
- Previously worked in complex scaled Agile environments and ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams
- Financial Services experience is preferred but not essential
- Highly credible with Senior stakeholders
- Practical Agile knowledge not just theory based
- SAFe RTE qualification (essential)
- Experience of Scaled Agile tooling such as: Jira Online, ServiceNow
