Agile Scrum Master (SAP)

Role: Agile Scrum Master (SAP) Experience: 10years Location: London Work mode: Hybrid Note: We need a Agile Scrum Master who has experience in SAP projects.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead and facilitate agile delivery within a dynamic transformation program. The Scrum Master will ensure adherence to agile principles, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and maintain a consistent delivery cadence across multiple teams. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to enable high-performing teams and successful delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Agile Facilitation & Coaching Facilitate all agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team. Delivery Management Ensure delivery cadence is maintained and sprint goals are achieved. Track progress using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps) and provide visibility to stakeholders. Support backlog refinement and prioritization in collaboration with Product Owners. Impediment Removal & Risk Management Identify and remove impediments that block team progress. Escalate risks and issues promptly and work with stakeholders to resolve dependencies. Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between development teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly.

Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery methodologies. Hands-on experience with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to manage multiple teams and maintain delivery cadence.

Preferred Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Experience in large-scale transformation programs or multi-team agile environments. Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled agile frameworks.

Work Environment: Collaborative, fast-paced, and delivery-focused environment. Hybrid working model with potential onsite presence during critical phases – 4 days/week in London Salary: 85 - 90 GBP Per annum
