Senior Delivery Manager / Scrum Master
I am looking for a Senior Delivery Manager / Scrum Master with 20+ years leading Agile programmes across UK Government, Finance and regulated sectors, including 8-10+ years in dedicated Scrum/Agile delivery roles. Holds active SC clearance and is a British citizen, available for onshore delivery with regular travel to customer sites.
- Combines hands-on Scrum facilitation:
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Planning
- Reviews and Retrospectives
- End-to-end Project/Delivery Management, including:
- Integrated planning
- RAID governance
- Financial control
- Stakeholder engagement

- Proven track record stabilising complex, business-critical programmes.

- Strong coach to Product Owners and teams on Agile values and metrics-driven improvement (velocity, burndown, flow).
- Trusted stakeholder leader across multidisciplinary, multi-supplier teams.
- Advanced user of Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence and Trello.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, certified Agile Scrum Master.
