Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an Agreement Sales Representative to join our Industrial service team, covering the North West and North of England on a permanent basis, ideally you'll be located in the areas of Manchester, Warrington or Preston. Agreement Sales Representative – Drive Growth, Build Relationships, Earn Well We’re looking for a hungry, consultative sales professional ready to make their mark. This is a pure new business development role, your job is to open doors, build meaningful relationships with prospective customers, and convert them into long-term agreements. You’ll have full back-office support handling the quotes, so you can focus entirely on what you do best: selling. What you’ll be doing: Prospecting and engaging new customers across your territory, selling service and maintenance agreements Building genuine relationships through a consultative, needs-led approach Identifying opportunities and creating a strong pipeline of new business Referring wider product opportunities to the right internal teams, your network is an asset Supporting strong retention by understanding what keeps customers coming back Qualifications What we need from you: A proven track record in B2B sales or business development, you’ve hit targets and you’re proud of it A natural relationship builder who listens first and pitches second Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by results, you don’t wait to be told what to do Experience in industrial or service-based sales is a bonus, not a barrier Comfortable with CRM tools and confident communicating at all levels Additional Information What’s in it for you: A competitive basic salary Uncapped commission scheme Company car Contributory pension scheme, life assurance and income protection insurance 25 days annual leave + bank holiday Buy/sell holidays Retail, leisure and travel discounts Employee shares save scheme Employee assistance programme The backing of a globally recognised brand.
