Job Opportunity

We are currently looking for an Agreement set-up officer to join our team based out of either our Dublin, London, or Nottingham office.

Responsibilities

This key operational role focuses on coordinating the successful setup of insurance agreements while working closely with underwriting, finance, legal, and external partners. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the end-to-end set-up of new insurance agreements, renewals, and amendments, ensuring accuracy across systems and alignment with internal processes
  • Coordinate and track workflow activities across multiple departments, liaising with stakeholders and external counterparts to ensure timely and compliant agreement finalisation
  • Ensure Bordereaux (BDX) formats meet contractual requirements and are accurately mapped to Master Data Templates, working closely with data providers to achieve this
  • Support system configuration and process improvements, maintaining high-quality data, resolving issues, and delivering a consistently customer-focused approach

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience handling large data sets within a financial or general insurance environment, with an understanding of contract management
  • Strong technical capability, advanced Excel and Word skills, and a high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience with Intarga/Intrali systems would be a bonus but is not essential.
