Agri Sales Team Member (Permanent) – Yeovil Ref: Agri-Sales-Team-Yeovil
Location: Yeovil Department: Agri Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week, 5 days including weekends) Contract: Permanent Compensation: £10.85 - £12.71 per hour Closing Date: 30 June 2026
About the Role

As part of the store team, you will:
- Deliver exceptional solution-focused service to all customers
- Advise on products and campaigns tailored to agricultural needs
- Drive repeat sales through proactive outreach and engagement
- Support stock management and delivery processes
- Contribute to team meetings with customer feedback to enhance performance
- Continuously develop expertise in agricultural products and retail operations
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:

About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience: Prior retail/sales environment (essential), agronomy/retail sector knowledge (desirable)
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and passion for customer service
- Attitude: Proactive, adaptable, and team-driven mindset
- Technical: Proficiency in IT systems and multitasking under deadline pressure
