Agri Sales Team Member

Agri Sales Team Member (Permanent) – Yeovil Ref: Agri-Sales-Team-Yeovil

Location: Yeovil Department: Agri Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week, 5 days including weekends) Contract: Permanent Compensation: £10.85 - £12.71 per hour Closing Date: 30 June 2026


About the Role

Join our retail team as an Agri Sales Team Member – a vibrant, customer-focused role perfect for those passionate about agriculture and service. This is a chance to cultivate a career in the rural sector, build lasting customer relationships, and grow alongside our supportive team.

As part of the store team, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional solution-focused service to all customers
  • Advise on products and campaigns tailored to agricultural needs
  • Drive repeat sales through proactive outreach and engagement
  • Support stock management and delivery processes
  • Contribute to team meetings with customer feedback to enhance performance
  • Continuously develop expertise in agricultural products and retail operations

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day duties will include:

About You

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience: Prior retail/sales environment (essential), agronomy/retail sector knowledge (desirable)
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and passion for customer service
  • Attitude: Proactive, adaptable, and team-driven mindset
  • Technical: Proficiency in IT systems and multitasking under deadline pressure
