We’re looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Agri Sales Team Member to join our retail team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll use your passion for agriculture and great service to support our customers and help grow our business. If you enjoy working with people, have a keen interest in the rural sector, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days

As an Agri Sales Team Member, you’ll be a key part of the store team, helping customers find the right products and solutions for their needs. You’ll build trusted relationships, share your knowledge, and support the team in delivering a great in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused service to all customers
  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Promoting our products, services, and seasonal campaigns
  • Making proactive calls and emails to encourage repeat trade
  • Supporting stock management and product picking for deliveries
  • Attending team meetings and sharing feedback to improve performance
  • Continuously developing your product knowledge and customer service skills

About You

  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment
  • Knowledge of agricultural products and the rural community (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for helping customers and delivering great service
  • A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach
  • Confidence using IT systems and handling multiple tasks
