Join a dynamic team supporting a leading global brokerage firm—this Agricultural Commodities Broker role in London enables you to specialise in agricultural derivatives markets within a trusted international platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade Execution: Arrange and execute trades via voice broking on behalf of clients across agricultural commodity markets.
- Client Relationships: Build and sustain strong ties with clients, brokers, exchanges, and liquidity providers.
- Market Insights: Deliver market intelligence, pricing updates, and derivatives-specific insights.
- Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Liquidity Management: Facilitate liquidity and price discovery across exchanges, brokers, and participants.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.

Key Qualifications
✅ Experience:
- 5+ years in agricultural/fertiliser broking, with a proven track record.
✅ Language:
- Fluent Portuguese is mandatory.
✅ Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of agricultural markets, derivatives trading, and associated products.
✅ Education:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree (preferably in Agriculture, Economics, or a related field).
✅ Soft Skills:
- Exceptional client-facing abilities and relationship-building expertise.
- Keen analytical acumen, clear communication, and resilience for high-pressure trading environments.
