Agricultural Engineer

🔧 Responsibilities

  • Ensure good operation of the service management department
  • Formulate and implement a customer service plan
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen contact with terminal users
  • Timely understanding of user operation problems and feedback to the manufacturer
  • Improve team service operation standard
  • Plan and organize internal and external service training
  • Plan and construct service and spare parts network

🧠 Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Agriculture Engineering with specialization in Farm Machinery
  • Strong command in mechanical engineering is preferable
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Good experience in machinery maintenance
  • Structured knowledge of agriculture machinery and automobiles
  • Smart methods for identification and solution for common faults of agriculture machinery
  • Good skill in troubleshooting agriculture machinery and spare parts
  • Expertise in team management
  • Responsible, flexible, and proper interaction with terminal users
