Agricultural Litigation Senior Associate / Principal Associate Solicitor – Lancashire – Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits

A Legal 500-ranked regional firm, with a well-established platform and ongoing national expansion, is seeking a Senior Associate / Principal Associate to join its Agriculture & Landed Estates team in Lancashire. This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Litigator and Solicitor to join an established firm with significant investment committed to growing the firm’s presence in the Lancashire market, offering a warm desk with high-quality work and a highly supportive environment.

The Role:

  • Managing a varied caseload of Agriculture and landed estate disputes, working as a specialist Litigator across complex rural matters
  • Handling a range of property disputes including land, farming, and estate-related Litigation
  • Advising landowners, estates, and rural clients as a trusted Solicitor within a collaborative team
  • Managing matters from instruction through to resolution, including ADR and court proceedings
  • Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation
  • Providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice
  • Building strong client relationships and supporting business development
  • Attending meetings, negotiations, and hearings with advocacy opportunities

The Candidate:

  • A Senior Associate / Principal Associate with strong experience as a Litigator within property or land disputes
  • Qualified Solicitor with a background in Agriculture, landed estates, or wider real estate disputes
  • Proven ability to manage complex Litigation matters with autonomy
  • Commercially aware, with an interest in developing client relationships
  • Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm
  • Ambitious and driven, with a clear path towards senior leadership
