We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Machinery Warranty Controller to join our dynamic team at our Head Office in Rosehill, Carlisle. At Carr's Billington Agriculture, our customers and colleagues rely on us to keep farms and machinery operating at their best. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring warranty processes run seamlessly; recovering vital income, supporting our depots, and driving continuous improvement across the Group.

THE JOB
As our Machinery Warranty Controller, you'll become the central expert for warranty administration across all depots and major manufacturers. You will:
- Own and manage the entire warranty process, end-to-end, across the organisation.
- Act as the first point of contact for all warranty matters.
- Submit accurate claims within manufacturer frameworks and timescales.
- Monitor claim status, rejections, resubmissions, and progress to resolution.
- Review gains, losses and financial risk, protecting business performance.
- Maximise warranty income and recovery through consistent, high-quality administration.
- Serve as a key link to Service Teams, building strong collaborative relationships.
- Track performance, WIP and outstanding values, providing essential monthly insights.
- Produce clear financial reporting to support leadership decisions.
- Support credit note processing and reconciliation.
- Standardise warranty procedures across the Group.
- Identify trends, recurring failures, and improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Help reduce administrative pressures on Service Managers, enabling them to focus on operational delivery.

Skills, Experience And Qualities Required
We're looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organised and detail-driven
- Confident with IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong in written communication
- Analytical, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight
- A positive communicator who works confidently across teams
- Calm, adaptable, and able to meet changing demands
