Key Responsibilities

The firm is expanding its rural property practice and requires an ambitious and creative lawyer to play a key role in its development.

Key Tasks Include:

  • Advising landed estates, agricultural businesses, rural landowners, investors, and HNW individuals on a diverse range of agricultural and rural property matters.
  • Handling complex, relationship-driven transactions while maintaining a commercially astute approach.
  • Delivering high-quality work and long-term strategic advice, helping clients build strong, trusting relationships within the rural sector.
  • Taking ownership of cases, offering autonomy, and driving innovation within the team.
  • Contributing to firm-wide objectives, ensuring sustainable growth in rural property expertise.

Requirements

  • Strong credentials in agricultural or rural property law, or a willingness and capability to transition effectively from commercial property practice.
  • Established client relationships (if applicable) or a track record of building commercial networks.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver business-critical legal advice.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to long-term growth, with an aptitude for handling increasing responsibility.
