Our reputation has been built on providing expert advice, dependable aftersales support and helping our customers find the right machinery for their business.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Agricultural Salesperson to develop our customer base across the Rutland and Melton Mowbray area.
The Role
As an Agricultural Salesperson, you will:
- Promote and sell Kubota, Merlo, Yamaha, and our extensive range of agricultural machinery and equipment within your designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share across the area.
- Provide professional advice and machinery solutions tailored to customers' individual needs.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery and follow-up.
- Attend agricultural shows, demonstrations, customer events, and manufacturer training as required.
- Work closely with our service and parts departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in agricultural machinery sales or a strong agricultural background
- Knowledge of tractors, telehandlers, and modern farm machinery would be highly advantageous
- A passion for agriculture and delivering outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Confidence using IT systems and maintaining accurate customer records
- A full UK driving licence
