Agricultural Service Engineer - Crop Sprayer Specialist
Are you an experienced Agricultural Engineer with a skill for diagnostics? Do you take pride in keeping agricultural machinery in top condition and running smoothly out in the field? Are you looking for a rewarding, field-based role with autonomy, specialist training, and long-term career growth?
Location of the Job:
- 20% based from the depot in Worcestershire.
- 80% field-based covering the West Midlands, Wales, and South of England.
Salary and Benefits Package:
- Competitive Salary: Paying up to £45,000+ per annum.
- Overtime: Overtime rates paid after 40 hours.
- Company Vehicle: Fully equipped service van.
- Company phone.
- Tools provided: All specialist tools required for the job.
- Ongoing training & development.
- Company pension scheme.
- 25 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays.
Additional Information:
- This is a permanent full-time position.
- Contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday + overtime during busy / seasonal periods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on specialist agricultural machinery.
- Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
- Perform pre-season checks and post-season overhauls.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, service reports, and job cards.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers when needed.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
- You will have / be
- Strong diagnostic abilities across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to fault finding.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- A high degree of self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as a team.
- Welding and fabrication skills also a massive bonus.
- Full training can be given to the right candidate.
