Agricultural Service Engineer Graduate 

We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Agricultural Service Engineer to join our Engine Farm Workshop team near Ely, Cambs. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a career in agricultural engineering, working with one of the UK’s leading fresh produce growers.

What You Will Be Doing

In this graduate role, you will gain hands-on experience and technical development while supporting experienced engineers. Responsibilities include:

Supporting the repair and maintenance of a wide range of agricultural machinery Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and technical faults Carrying out servicing and repairs in both workshop and field environments Assisting with assembly and pre-delivery inspections (PDI) of new machinery Using manufacturer software and technical manuals for fault finding Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with Health & Safety standards.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for motivated graduates who are ready to start their engineering career. You should have:

A degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline Full UK driving licence. Basic IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Excel) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A flexible and resilient approach to learning and development
