Job Opportunity for Agricultural Service Technician in Warwick
Are you an Agricultural Service Technician who lives in Warwick, or the wider Warwickshire area? Are you already operating at an advanced level on Tractors or Combines and looking to apply your expertise within a respected and expanding dealership?
With roots dating back to 1832, T H White is a trusted Case New Holland agricultural machinery dealer. We are expanding and looking to strengthen our service support and ensure farmers across the area have the trusted advice, expert engineering, and dependable aftersales care that define our name.
It’s an exciting time to become part of our aftersales team as you’ll gain both immediate opportunities to develop your technical expertise and long-term career opportunities as we continue to expand.
Hours
- 39 hours a week, Mon- Thurs 08:00-17:00
- Fri - 08:00-16:00
Additional overtime (paid at time and a half) is available earlier and later should you wish to earn more.
Key Duties Will Include
- Playing a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our customers’ agricultural machinery, combining both workshop and field-based service work, including:
- Servicing, maintaining, and repairing tractors, combines, forage harvesters, balers, and telehandlers.
- Conducting advanced fault diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Completing complex repairs.
- Providing first-class technical support and customer service on-site and in the field.
- Maintaining accurate work records and ensuring high standards of safety and presentation.

The Ideal Applicant
We’re looking for Agricultural Service Technicians with significant agricultural engineering experience, individuals confident in their ability to handle modern agricultural machinery (tractors or combines) to a manufacturer-recognised standard.
You’ll Need To Have
- A recognised apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in Land based engineering or a transferable qualification.
- Strong diagnostic ability across engines, hydraulic and electronic systems.
- A precise, methodical approach and pride in workmanship.
- A customer-first attitude and the ability to work independently in the field.
- A full UK driving licence and currently live in Frome or the surrounding area.
