Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop physical trading flows across agricultural specialty products.
- Originate new business with suppliers, customers, importers, distributors, processors, and end-users.
- Identify profitable product opportunities in pulses, spices, nuts, and niche agricultural markets.
- Manage and grow a commercial book, focusing on margin, repeat flow, and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the in-house operations team to ensure smooth execution of physical trades.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in physical agricultural commodities trading.
- Strong exposure to specialty products such as pulses, spices, nuts, almonds, or similar.
- Existing relationships across relevant suppliers, customers, importers, distributors, or end-users.
- Ability to bring book leads, client flow, or clear evidence of transferable commercial value.
- Commercially sharp, socially confident, and analytically capable.
