About the Role
Across our 66-hectare (160-acre) estate, we run a thriving, hands-on learning environment. We are seeking an experienced agricultural professional to combine farm management and student mentorship in a dual role.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Agriculture.
- Proven background working with:
- Agricultural land
- Machinery
- Livestock (sheep, cattle, and pigs)
- Experience supervising:
- Land areas
- Casual staff
- Technicians

- Strong communication, organisation, digital record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with young people, with the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
