About The Role
We are looking for a full time motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our Pan-European team at Hikrobot. You will assist in the deployment, integration, and support of our autonomous mobile robotics (AMR) and material handling systems. This role offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge robotics technology and direct exposure to real-world customer projects across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Deployment & Commissioning
- Assist in on-site installation, configuration, and testing of AMR and robotics systems under supervision.
- Support the configuration of navigation maps, charging points, and basic system interfaces.
- Help with integration tasks related to customer WMS/MES/ERP systems.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide remote and on-site support to help diagnose hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in analyzing navigation errors, task scheduling problems, and system alerts.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and R&D teams to document issues and support product improvements.
- Customer Training & Enablement
- Support the delivery of training sessions to customers and partners on system operations and basic maintenance.
- Help prepare and update user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
- Operations Monitoring & Optimization
- Assist in monitoring fleet performance metrics such as system uptime, battery status, and alert frequency.
- Support senior engineers in analyzing operational data and proposing basic improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with regional service teams and global R&D to support customer needs.
- Help collect and organize customer feedback for internal review.
- Assist in coordinating with logistics and local service partners as needed.

Travel Requirement
Willingness to travel (~50–60%) across EU countries to support project deployments and on-site activities.
Your profile
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of robotics, automation, or logistics systems (academic projects or internships are a plus).
- Familiarity with concepts such as navigation, sensors, or basic networking is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- EU driver’s license is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of one or more European languages
- Exposure to WMS/MES/ERP systems or PLCs through coursework or projects.
- Interest in the warehousing and logistics sector (3PL, e-commerce, automotive, etc.).
