The teams are closely supported by Senior Therapists and Advanced Clinical Practitioners, and we are keen to support and encourage the team to develop and provide excellent quality in patient care and meet national standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role offers the opportunity to work with patients on the wards, to deliver rehabilitation programs devised by Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists, with a key role in reducing the risk of deconditioning with this more vulnerable group of people. This is a role that benefits from having regular patient contact individually and in groups, and is an important role in supporting the therapy and the wider multidisciplinary teams, who we have strong links with.

We are committed to providing innovative and effective evidence-based practice, using a Home First Approach and SAFER principles, and are looking for a highly motivated and committed therapy assistant, to be part of our continually developing service to this patient group. There is a robust support network for all staff, including clinical supervision and peer review.
