Job Summary

As the AHP Recruitment Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) into international healthcare opportunities. You will be responsible for driving recruitment performance, developing sourcing strategies, coaching consultants, and ensuring exceptional candidate and client experiences.

You will play a key role in delivering business growth through strong leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while supporting ICG Medical's mission of improving patient care globally.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Create a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team capability.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of new team members.

Recruitment Strategy & Delivery

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality Allied Health Professionals from international markets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Monitor candidate pipelines and ensure consistent delivery against client demand.
  • Support the team with senior-level candidate engagement and difficult-to-fill vacancies.
  • Drive innovative sourcing initiatives through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and market mapping.

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-quality healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure candidates receive an exceptional recruitment experience from initial engagement through placement.
  • Maintain talent pools to support future hiring requirements.
  • Promote ICG Medical's employer brand and value proposition within the healthcare community.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, Account Managers, and healthcare clients to understand workforce requirements.
  • Provide strategic recruitment solutions that align with client needs.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through quality candidate delivery and excellent communication.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex recruitment matters.

Performance & Operational Excellence

  • Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and recruitment performance.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and recruitment best practices.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Produce regular performance reports for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing or leading a recruitment team, preferably within healthcare or international recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in international recruitment, ideally recruiting Allied Health Professionals or healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience managing KPIs, performance targets, and team development.
  • Excellent coaching, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver business growth.
  • Highly resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)/CRM platforms.
