About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a candidate passionate about concept-to-manufacture processes. The role involves supporting projects from start to finish and developing expertise in:
- Technical drawing
- AutoCAD and REVIT for engineering challenges
- Operating within a supportive team to produce industry-leading AHU solutions
Full training will be provided — an ideal fit for someone looking to grow their contracts, technical, and manufacturing skills.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Technical Drawing & Approval:
- Review all AHU units and components against our Design Code of Practice
- Collaborate with customers to seek design approval (answering technical queries via internal knowledge)

Production & Liason:
- Prepare document packs for the shopfloor (issue sheets, customer drawings, supplier component data) once scheduled
- Maintain customer liaison:
- Track progress, ensure component availability, manage logistics --act as single point of contact until unit completion

Cross-Department Coordination:
- Work closely with Applications and Contracts teams to ensure design accuracy and sdkliaspecification compliance
Essential Criteria
- Not essential but preferred: Experience with selection tools or add-in technologies in AHU/manufacturing
- Core skills & aptitudes:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service
- Tech readiness: Willingness to learn AutoCAD and REVIT via full training
