AI Adoption & Change Lead
Citi is looking for an AI Adoption & Change Lead to own the end-to-end strategy for AI adoption, communications, and change management across its Client Organisation - a group that directly supports revenue growth managing Credit, Marketing, Research, Client Delivery, and Ventures on behalf of Citi's businesses. In this senior role, you will serve as the primary interface between the Client Organisation and Citi's enterprise AI teams, shaping how AI is adopted, governed, and scaled across a globally significant financial institution. You will partner with the Office of AI and Client Organisation leadership to drive end-to-end AI lifecycle delivery, from use case intake through to embedding change across business teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the AI Adoption & Change programme across the Client Organisation, owning end-to-end delivery of adoption strategy, communications, and change outcomes.
- Design and execute a multi-channel communications plan that builds awareness of AI, showcases measurable success stories, and articulates the value of AI clearly to audiences ranging from front-line staff to senior executives.
- Develop a comprehensive measurement strategy to track AI usage and adoption, producing dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with data and technology teams to ensure the infrastructure needed to capture and analyse AI usage statistics is in place and fit for purpose.
- Coordinate and deliver change management strategies — including training and engagement programmes — that embed AI adoption across the Client Organisation's business teams.
- Engage proactively with business teams to identify operational challenges, surface opportunities for AI leverage, and respond to requirements with practical, well-structured solutions.
- Manage programme planning, stakeholder alignment, and risk escalation across cross-functional workstreams, ensuring delivery milestones are met and senior leadership is kept informed.
- Assess risks associated with programme decisions, ensuring actions taken reflect sound judgement on reputational, regulatory, and operational considerations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
