The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist to join Norgine in a global role.

The person holding this position will report to the AI Programme Lead (or equivalent).

The core responsibility of this role is to drive adoption of AI tools and ways of working, while supporting governance and enabling colleagues to deliver value from AI in their everyday work.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Experience supporting digital adoption, training, or technology implementation
  • Ability to analyse data and generate insights to support decision-making
  • Good understanding of governance, policies, and structured processes
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Understanding of AI concepts and interest in AI-driven ways of working
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate activities across teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the AI Ambassadors community, ensuring consistent engagement and onboarding
  • Deliver internal communications and training to increase AI adoption across the organisation
  • Provide user support and guidance on AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot
  • Support AI governance processes, including use case intake, tracking, and review coordination
  • Monitor and report on adoption metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to deliver AI initiatives effectively
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, bringing ideas to enhance AI practices and impact
