AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist
Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £130,000 P/A + Comps

Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations to help users maximise the value of approved AI tools and technologies.
- Work closely with business and technology teams to identify process inefficiencies and uncover opportunities for AI-enabled improvements.
- Build lightweight prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate practical use cases and accelerate adoption.
- Gather user feedback, monitor engagement, and help influence the development of future AI tooling, training, and best-practice guidance.
Requirements
- Experience delivering training, enablement, or user adoption initiatives across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, including:
- Prompt design
- Workflow automation
- AI-assisted business processes
- Practical Python skills, with the ability to:
- Build simple prototypes
- Integrate with APIs
- Strong:
- Communication skills
- Stakeholder management abilities
- Pragmatic problem-solving mindset
- An approach to driving change adoption
