Job Description
Purpose of the Job
The AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist plays a key role in accelerating the adoption of AI across Ocorian by turning strategy into practical business value. Sitting within the CTO function, the role is responsible for promoting awareness, understanding and effective use of approved enterprise AI solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and agentic AI technologies.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, the role identifies, captures and showcases impactful AI use cases, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, engaging and business-relevant content. Through compelling communications, enablement materials and success stories, the role helps drive behavioural change, strengthen AI capability and build an engaged internal AI community that supports Ocorian's transformation objectives.
Main Responsibilities
AI Adoption & Enablement
- Develop and deliver engaging enablement content that supports the effective adoption of approved AI tools across Ocorian.
- Create and maintain practical learning materials including guides, walkthroughs, visual assets, playbooks and self-service resources.
- Ensure all enablement content remains aligned with evolving AI capabilities, governance requirements and business priorities.
- Support capability development by helping colleagues understand and apply AI solutions in their day-to-day roles.

AI Use Case Development & Promotion
- Identify, capture and evaluate high-impact AI use cases across service lines and business functions.
- Curate and promote compelling examples of AI adoption that demonstrate measurable business value and productivity gains.
- Maintain a structured repository of AI success stories, use cases and best practices to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Showcase innovation and adoption successes to increase awareness, engagement and momentum across the organisation.
Communications & Storytelling
- Translate complex AI concepts, initiatives and outcomes into clear, audience-appropriate communications.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, briefings, spotlights, case studies and thought leadership content.
- Create compelling narratives that highlight the value, benefits and practical application of AI within Ocorian.
- Ensure all communications consistently reflect strategic priorities, governance standards and approved messaging.
Stakeholder Engagement & Community Building
- Partner with business leaders, AI practitioners and key stakeholders to identify opportunities, success stories and adoption challenges.
- Foster an engaged AI community by encouraging collaboration, knowledge sharing and best practice exchange.
- Use communications, storytelling and visibility initiatives to drive engagement and sustain long-term adoption.
- Act as a trusted partner in supporting AI-related change and transformation activities across the business.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Required
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical and AI concepts in a clear, concise and engaging manner.
- Proven experience creating enablement, adoption, learning or communications content for diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, research, knowledge sharing and workflow efficiency.
- Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience translating business needs into practical, user-focused content and guidance.

Preferred
- Experience within a professional services, financial services or complex global organisation.
- Exposure to AI adoption, digital transformation, technology enablement or change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, agentic AI solutions or related enterprise AI technologies.
- Experience developing internal communications, learning programmes or community engagement initiatives.
- Comfortable operating in evolving environments where priorities, processes and structures continue to mature.
