Correla are looking for an AI Adoption & Innovation Lead to join our Information Security & Internal IT team.

Salary: circa £80,000 (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

Job Type: 9 month fixed term contract

About the Role

AI Adoption & Engagement

  • Lead the adoption of AI tools across Correla by inspiring, engaging and supporting colleagues to confidently use AI in their day-to-day work

AI Transformation Opportunities / Use Case Development

  • Partner with business units to identify opportunities where AI, automation and intelligent agents can improve productivity, customer experience, quality or reduce operational effort. Support development of any required business cases for such use cases, where required support from idea initiation (facilitate AI workshops), design, implementation and continual improvement of AI Agents and AI-enabled business processes with post deployment ROI & benefits captured that promote further use across the business.

AI Training & Capability

  • Design and deliver engaging AI workshops, demonstrations and learning sessions, develop practical guidance, learning resources and best practice materials, help colleagues understand how to get the best results from AI through effective prompting and practical application.

AI Champions Network

  • Develop and coordinate a network of AI Champions across the organisation, support Champions with resources, training and regular knowledge sharing, create communities that encourage experimentation and peer learning.

AI Communication & Advocacy

  • Act as an enthusiastic advocate for AI across Correla, develop communications that promote AI success stories, practical tips and new capabilities, build excitement and confidence around AI adoption.

AI Governance Support

  • Support Information Security by promoting responsible AI usage, ensure AI adoption aligns with organisational policies and governance standards, escalate emerging risks or governance concerns where appropriate.

About You

AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, prompt engineering and emerging AI technologies.

Communication & Influencing: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build enthusiasm and confidence around new technologies. Able to explain AI in a simple and practical way.

Facilitation & Coaching: Confident facilitating engaging workshops, demonstrations and learning sessions for a variety of audiences. Able to coach colleagues, encourage participation and build confidence in adopting AI technologies.
