What You’ll do

Your key accountabilities will include

  • Own the Copilot 365 adoption workstream at M&S day-to-day, acting as the go-to person for Copilot across the business
  • Primary M&S lead on the Microsoft Copilot roadmap, translating what's coming into clear implications for M&S and shaping decisions on what features to turn on, when, and for whom (e.g. Agents, Connectors, Cowork)
  • Bring Workplace Tech, InfoSec, Data Governance and AI Governance together around a joined-up Copilot plan, making sure rollout stays within M&S's InfoSec, Data Governance and Responsible AI frameworks
  • Own the day-to-day Microsoft relationship for Copilot adoption, get the most out of funding, expertise and early access, manage delivery partners (e.g. Accenture, WM Reply), and stay close to Copilot licensing, commercials and ECIF funding alongside Procurement and Finance
  • Embedded within the AI team, partner with the BU adoption leads to make sure Copilot is ready for adoption, use cases and value

Who you are

Your skills and experience will include

  • Experience leading a product, platform or capability workstream in a large organisation, ideally involving M365 Copilot or similar enterprise AI tooling on the rollout, capability or product side
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, a genuine interest in how Copilot fits into it, and good awareness of the Microsoft Copilot roadmap with the ability to translate it for business audiences
  • Comfortable working across InfoSec, Data Governance and Workplace Tech, and confident engaging directly with Microsoft and delivery partners
  • Strong stakeholder and influencing skills, able to get things done without owning the teams, a confident and concise communicator, and comfortable in ambiguity and a fast-moving technology landscape
  • Awareness of AI Governance, Responsible AI and Fair Usage frameworks, familiarity with Copilot Studio / Agents or other agentic tooling, and retail or multi-site business experience (all desirable)
