AI Tooling Governance & Adoption Manager

Hampshire | 1 or 2 days per week onsite | £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits

AI is moving fast, but most organisations are still figuring out how to govern it effectively. This is an opportunity to take ownership of that challenge. You'll join a business that is investing heavily in AI and be trusted to define how AI tools are selected, governed, adopted, and scaled across the organisation. If you enjoy bringing structure to emerging technology, influencing senior stakeholders, and helping people get real value from AI, this role offers a genuine chance to make your mark.

The Company

This established international organisation is building its AI capabilities and creating the foundations needed to support responsible, large-scale adoption. With employees across multiple countries, they are focused on ensuring AI tools are used safely, consistently, and effectively across the business.

This is a newly created position that sits within a growing AI function and works closely with technology, security, legal, compliance, finance, HR, and executive leadership teams. You'll have the visibility and autonomy to shape how AI is embedded across the organisation.

The Role

You will be the person responsible for making AI work across the business, not from a technical delivery perspective, but from a governance, adoption, and operational standpoint.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
