About The Role
We are seeking a talented AI Agent Developer to join our dynamic team at Hypercreate Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and workflow agents that serve both internal teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software development and a keen interest in artificial intelligence. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, along with experience working with APIs and workflow automation tools, is highly desirable. Candidates should have a good understanding of large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and retrieval-based AI systems. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems are essential. A proactive mindset, quick learning ability, and the capacity to work within structured processes are also important qualities for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and testing of AI agents and chatbot workflows to ensure they meet functional and quality standards.
- Build integrations between AI tools, APIs, and existing business systems to enable seamless automation and data flow.
- Create prompt flows, develop knowledge bases, and establish response logic to enhance agent performance and accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous testing of agent outputs to ensure reliability, safety, and effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
- Document workflows, technical decisions, and testing outcomes to facilitate ongoing improvements and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate business needs into viable AI use cases, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
