About the Role

Role Purpose

The AI Agent Enablement Lead will lead the design, development, and scaling of AI agents across the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) and its agencies. The role leverages AI-powered assistants, workflows, and automation to automate, augment, and improve services across business, operational, digital, and data teams.

Working collaboratively, the successful candidate will support the adoption, governance, and adoption of agent-based solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI GPTs, Claude, and other emerging AI technologies.

This is not a traditional engineering role—instead, we seek individuals with enthusiasm for learning, stakeholder management, and hands-on innovation. Ideal candidates will demonstrate curiosity about AI technologies, a willingness to upskill (including through Python, no-code/low-code tools like Copilot Studio or Power Platform), and an ability to bridge technical and non-technical perspectives to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Adoption -Drive adoption of AI agent solutions across the MoJ workforce. -Partner with business and operational teams to identify high-value AI automation and workflow enrichment opportunities.

  • Technical & Hands-on Support -Provide technical guidance to teams building/deploying Copilots, custom GPTs, or workflow automation. -Develop reusable patterns, templates, and governance frameworks to accelerate safe, scalable AI development.

  • Collaboration & Best Practices -Work with digital, data science, product, and operational teams to design agile AI solutions. -Establish monitoring and governance principles for AI adoption, security, and ethical compliance.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy -Foster collaboration between technical specialists and business units to maximise AI impact. -Advocate for responsible AI principles, governance requirements, and safety standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
