AI Architect / Engineer – UK Wide – Permanent – up to £100K plus benefits (Hybrid)
Change Digital are working with a leading Data & AI consultancy that is investing heavily in its AI capability and is looking to appoint an experienced AI Architect / Engineer to help shape the future of enterprise AI solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing AI practice where you'll act as the senior technical authority, designing and delivering cutting-edge Agentic AI, Large Language Model (LLM) and Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing end-to-end AI and LLM solution architectures
- Building scalable Agentic AI and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel
- Defining LLM integration strategies, including RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation and guardrails
- Establishing MLOps / LLMOps best practices for production AI deployments
- Providing technical leadership across multiple client engagements, from pre-sales through to delivery
- Working closely with data scientists, engineers and Responsible AI teams to build secure, scalable and production-ready AI solutions

We're looking for experience with:
- AI Architecture or AI Engineering
- Large Language Models (LLMs) & Generative AI
- Agentic AI & Multi-Agent Architectures
- Python & modern software engineering practices
- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- MLOps / LLMOps, CI/CD and model deployment
- API design, orchestration and enterprise-scale AI solutions
Desirable:
- Consulting or professional services experience
- Vector databases, knowledge graphs and advanced retrieval techniques
- AI or Cloud certifications
- Experience delivering AI solutions within regulated industries
