Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is a highly hybrid, high-execution role requiring the deep implementation of a Senior Software Engineer, the agile facilitation skills of a technical sprint lead, and the commercial acumen of a Business Strategist. You will not just draw high-level system diagrams on a whiteboard; you will code alongside partners—guiding high-growth disruptors through a compressed, high-intensity lifecycle that moves them from an abstract concept to a functional, production-ready Multi-Agent System in a single day.

Beyond technical delivery, you will define what a "consumer-grade" enterprise AI experience looks like, translating deeply technical capabilities into quantifiable business value during rapid-prototyping cycles. Your work within these workshops will directly accelerate partner deployment velocity, shape the internal Google AI product roadmap, and drive ecosystem growth by proving the multi-product ROI of the Google Data and AI Cloud.

Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Agent Factory Workshops: Own, facilitate, and scale the technical delivery of high-intensity Agent Factory workshops, successfully guiding strategic ISV partners (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe) from a blank slate to a functional, production-grade Multi-Agent System (MAS) in a single day.
  • Direct Co-Building: Take initiative and write code alongside partner engineering teams during live sprints to implement advanced reasoning architectures, model steering, and autonomous workflows using Gemini Enterprise.
  • Real-Time Engineering Unblocking: Resolve critical, time-sensitive hurdles in Identity Orchestration (OAuth/OIDC), Data Gravity (BigQuery Zero-Copy/AlloyDB AI), and enterprise security hardening (VPC-SC) on the fly to ensure live workshop prototypes achieve production-grade status.
  • Executive Technical Advisory: Advise partner CTOs and CPOs mid- and post-workshop on the long-term scalability of their agentic architectures and the quantifiable business ROI of transitioning to automated workflows.
