The team designs campaigns around clear objectives, such as reaching investors, decision-makers, regional markets, sector-specific audiences, and other key stakeholders. Using curated audience matching, email, SMS, geo-fencing, and digital-to-direct-mail distribution, Kite Strategies amplifies coverage and maximizes reach. Clients receive transparent reporting that details where content appears, which audiences engage, and how each campaign performs. The company collaborates directly with organizations and works closely with PR, SEO, and agency teams to integrate campaigns into broader communication strategies.

Role Description

The AI Assistant role at Kite Strategies is a full-time, remote position focused on supporting campaign planning, execution, and reporting through the effective use of AI tools and workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The AI Assistant helps prepare performance reports, analyzes campaign metrics, and provides structured insights that inform targeting and narrative development. The role also involves:

  • Maintaining documentation of AI processes
  • Ensuring data quality
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine prompts, templates, and automation that improve efficiency and consistency across campaigns

Qualifications

  • Ability to work with AI tools and automation platforms to support research, content structuring, and data organization.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Solid written communication skills for clear internal documentation, summaries, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, data sources, and deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt workflows to evolving tools and processes.
  • Experience in digital marketing, communications, or media operations is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with audience targeting concepts (e.g., investor outreach, regional and sector-specific campaigns) is an advantage.
  • Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in fields such as communications, marketing, information systems, or data analysis.
