AI-Assisted Software Developer – Romanian Speakers Only | PFA/SRL Collaboration
We are looking for a software developer based in Romania, fluent in Romanian, to support the development of web portals, internal platforms, dashboards, and lightweight applications using AI-assisted coding workflows.
The ideal candidate can translate business requirements into functional, well-structured applications while using AI tools efficiently throughout the development process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop web portals and applications based on clearly defined business requirements
- Use AI-assisted coding to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and documentation
- Review, validate, and improve AI-generated code
- Build integrations with databases, APIs, authentication systems, and third-party services
- Ensure applications are reliable, maintainable, and production-ready
- Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders

Requirements
- Practical experience with AI-assisted software development
- Solid understanding of web application architecture
- Ability to work independently and deliver efficiently
- Experience with databases, APIs, authentication, and deployment
- Fluent Romanian — mandatory
