We're looking for an AI & Automation Architect to lead the future of legal technology across Global Payments. This is an opportunity to combine innovation, automation and artificial intelligence to transform how our Legal, Risk and Compliance teams operate, enabling greater efficiency, stronger governance and better business outcomes.
You'll join a global team focused on continuous improvement and emerging technologies. Working at the intersection of legal operations, systems architecture and AI, you'll shape how technology supports our business today while building solutions that prepare us for tomorrow.
In this role, you'll own the architecture and evolution of our legal technology ecosystem, driving the adoption of automation and artificial intelligence across critical business processes. You'll create scalable solutions, influence strategic technology decisions and deliver innovations that help shape the future of commerce.
What you'll own
- Own the strategy, architecture and continuous evolution of our legal technology ecosystem, ensuring platforms remain scalable, connected and future-ready.
- Drive the optimization of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, designing automated workflows, integrations and solutions that improve contracting efficiency, governance and user experience.
- Lead the evaluation, design and deployment of artificial intelligence and automation capabilities that transform Legal, Risk and Compliance processes and deliver measurable business value.
- Partner with stakeholders across Legal, Technology and the wider business to translate strategic objectives into innovative technical solutions and streamlined workflows.
- Establish best practices, governance standards and controls that strengthen data integrity, compliance, system performance and long-term sustainability.
- Deliver meaningful reporting, analytics and insights that increase visibility, support executive decision-making and demonstrate the impact of legal technology investments.

What you bring
- Significant experience in legal operations, legal technology or legal consulting, with a strong focus on systems, automation and digital transformation.
- Deep expertise with Contract Lifecycle Management platforms and end-to-end contracting workflows, including translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong Salesforce architecture and integration experience, including connecting enterprise applications and managing complex data environments.
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying artificial intelligence, workflow automation and emerging technology solutions.
- Working knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing and generative AI, and their application to business processes.
- Strong analytical, process-mapping and solution documentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- A self-driven and innovative mindset, with the ability to lead complex initiatives independently and thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
