You'll combine software engineering principles with AI technologies to build scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. Working closely with technical specialists and business stakeholders, you'll help shape how AI is adopted and embedded across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and automated workflows.
- Build Python-based applications, services, and automation solutions.
- Create integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems.
- Develop scalable APIs, reusable services, and automation frameworks.
- Build and maintain workflows using modern AI and automation technologies.
- Support cloud-based deployments and application lifecycle management.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and engineering best practices.
- Monitor, optimise, and enhance production solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You:
I am interested in speaking with engineers who combine strong technical capability with a genuine passion for innovation.
You'll bring:
- Strong Python development experience.
- Experience developing production-grade software solutions.
- Experience building AI, LLM, automation, or agent-based applications.
- Knowledge of AI orchestration, workflow automation, and modern integration patterns.
- Experience working with APIs and enterprise system integrations.
- Cloud platform experience, ideally within Azure or similar environments.
- Understanding of containerisation and modern deployment practices.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
