AI Automation Manager – Lead AI Transformation Across a Global Workplace Consultancy

What You’ll Be Doing

As AI Automation Manager, you’ll identify where AI can create the biggest business impact, prioritise opportunities, and lead projects from concept to implementation. You will:

  • Lead AI transformation initiatives across multiple business functions (e.g. operations, marketing, creative design workflows).
  • Analyse and improve business processes using AI and automation.
  • Drive full organisation-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools.
  • Evaluate buy vs build decisions for AI solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders across sales, operations, design, marketing, and construction.
  • Establish AI & data governance standards.

Key Details

  • Salary: Up to £100,000 base + 10% bonus
  • Working model: Hybrid, minimum 3+ days in office between Central London & Windsor offices (15-minute train ride from London). Ideal to be fully onsite during initial 1-2 months.
  • Primary tech stack:

    • AI automation tools, data analytics platforms
