What You’ll Be Doing
As AI Automation Manager, you’ll identify where AI can create the biggest business impact, prioritise opportunities, and lead projects from concept to implementation. You will:
- Lead AI transformation initiatives across multiple business functions (e.g. operations, marketing, creative design workflows).
- Analyse and improve business processes using AI and automation.
- Drive full organisation-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other AI tools.
- Evaluate buy vs build decisions for AI solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders across sales, operations, design, marketing, and construction.
- Establish AI & data governance standards.

Key Details
- Salary: Up to £100,000 base + 10% bonus
- Working model: Hybrid, minimum 3+ days in office between Central London & Windsor offices (15-minute train ride from London). Ideal to be fully onsite during initial 1-2 months.
