AI automation manager

AI Automation Manager London and Windsor. Up to £100,000 plus bonus and benefits.

This is a high-impact AI Automation Manager role where you will define how AI is embedded across a growing consultancy. With clear leadership backing and board-level focus, you will have the scope to influence strategy, deliver tangible automation outcomes, and drive adoption across the full business.

The Company

They are a well-established consultancy delivering workplace design, fit-out and construction services across the UK and Europe. Working with a range of enterprise clients, including those in technology and life sciences, they provide end-to-end solutions from strategy through to delivery. The business has a strong reputation for quality, long-standing client relationships and a collaborative culture. AI is now a strategic priority, creating a strong platform for transformation.

The Role

You will take ownership of AI and automation initiatives across the organisation, shaping both near-term delivery and long-term direction.

  • Lead end-to-end AI and automation projects from discovery to implementation
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across business functions
  • Deliver early automation wins while building a scalable AI roadmap
  • Drive the rollout and adoption of tools such as Microsoft Copilot
  • Partner with stakeholders across operations, sales, marketing, design and construction
  • Translate business challenges into practical AI use cases with measurable impact
  • Ensure solutions align with governance, privacy and information security standards
  • Act as a key link between technical capabilities and business priorities

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in AI, automation or digital transformation
  • Proven track record of delivering business process improvements through technology
  • Confident stakeholder management across both technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience identifying and prioritising high-value AI use cases
  • Strong understanding of data, analytics and decision-making frameworks
  • Awareness of governance, privacy and information security principles
  • Ability to communicate clearly and influence at different levels of the business
  • Programming knowledge is useful but not essential
