AI Automation Manager
AI Automation Manager
Location: London/Windsor – 3 days a week
The Company
They are a growing, innovation-led business investing in AI and automation to improve efficiency and drive revenue. AI is a core strategic priority, with applications spanning sales, marketing, and operations. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, with strong support from leadership. You will have direct exposure to senior stakeholders, including the CEO.
The Role
- Own and deliver the organisation-wide AI and automation strategy
- Engage stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and implement AI use cases
- Drive the rollout and optimisation of Copilot and similar tools across teams
- Lead AI initiatives within sales and marketing, including:
- Lead generation
- Market trigger automation
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI products, from concept to deployment
- Ensure solutions meet information security, privacy, and compliance standards

Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience delivering AI or automation solutions
- Ability to work effectively across business and technical stakeholders
- Experience embedding AI tools into operational workflows
- Understanding of:
- AI product lifecycle
- Use case development
- Knowledge of:
- Data privacy
- Governance
- Risk considerations
- Ability to:
- Identify tools
- Build prototypes without deep coding experience
